Rooftop Parking Garage Transformed

The top of Trinity Lutheran College's parking garage in the city of Everett has been transformed into a rooftop garden with solar panels powering energy for the garage and grow lights for the greenhouse. Listen to Rev Dr. David Ellingson, Professor of Children Youth and Family Services at TLC.
