Since 2009 Washington has had a FREE, convenient and environmentally responsible recycling program for computers, monitor laptops and televisions.  E-Wastes.com in Lynnwood is part of the E-Cycle Program of Washington, who's mission is to recycle end-of-live electronics in a safe and environmentally sound manner. They do not export any unprocessed end-of-life electronics to underdeveloped countries.
